Sarah was bitten by the acting bug when she was in Prep School. She was captivated by performing when she was noticed by her drama instructor cutting through his yard to get to the field hockey practice at the right time. Sarah chose to pursue her love of this art and pursue her studies by majoring in English as well as Theatre at Hamilton College performing in theater abroad in London as well as Oxford throughout her senior year. Following having graduated magna cum laude at Hamilton went on to study for a year at Yale Drama school. She was awed by learning about the arts was aided by her parents, her mother the Chairwoman of the English Department at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Greenwich CT and her father a skilled painter.
